VH1 has always been that cable station that turns reality shows over on the grill, showing the underbelly; while it’s still raw and undercooked. Flavor of Love, I Love New York and Rock of Love have always gone for the jugular, of the reality vein. I Love Money is the “Andromeda Stain” of this zenith.

I Love Money is the accumulation of all the seedy reality shows  have to offer, rolled into one; from VH1. Don’t read this wrong, this newest reality venture from VH1 should prove to be a very big hit, for all it’s fans.

These VH1 reality vehicles have always succeeded at attracting a ripe audience, waiting to dig in and eat up their recipe of, reality stew.

No doubt, VH1 knew what it was doing from the get-go. They found a niche, with their brand of reality TV and set their sights on the lowest common denominator. Some have dubbed VH1, the reality mavin of “side show” oddities. No one can really deny watching, at least a few minutes of their reality freak shows.

After all, reality TV is a carnival, a side show attraction that is dressed up for the occasion; no matter what the show is. VH1, somewhere along the line, decided to brand their logo on some of the craziest, creepiest competitions they could dream up, then: let it rip.

I Love Money, is VH1’s newest vehicle into “la-la” reality land TV. I Love Money is almost an acid trip, of a reality show competition, that will leave little to our imaginations. This show, will probably deliver the most insane reality competition we have ever seen on the flat screen, yet.

Fifteen of the losers, from the other “of love” series get their shot at some real cash. They all compete against each other for a grand prize of $250,000 USD. All the while, the cast lives together, plays together, fight together and some even have sex together on, I Love Money. So, what’s new?

There is really not much that will be left up to our imaginations. Everything will be laid out in glaring, high definition every week; for us to geek over.

Think of “Real World” meets, “Survival - Freak Show” and this will be very close to formula, for I Love Money. If you have seen any of the extended “teasers” for I Love Money on VH1, then you already know; this show is going to slide into a very slimy game of “Shoots and Ladders”.
